"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

A good attitude and a good variety of tools gives me everything I need to get the job done!

"My refrigerator repair went beautifully. Mike was very prompt in coming. He said he was on his way. I was so thankful because my food was thawing in my fridge. This gentleman went above and beyond what I could ask and took care of my refrigerator and so much more. Fast, friendly, personal, Southern type of service and treated me like I had known him forever. 5 star service! Will definitely use again."

"Quick service. They had the part in stock so it took a couple of days to fix my oven. I will be using them again for any appliance repair needs."

"Ben was excellent! I used Angi to get our washer fixed, and he called within 20 minutes of me placing the work order. He was incredibly prompt and able to come out the very same day. After running some diagnostics, he quickly narrowed the issue down to the inlet valve. He ordered the part, it arrived the next day, and he had our washer up and running in no time. We are so thankful for Ben’s prompt service and willingness to help. If you need your washer or dryer fixed, Ben is your guy! We will definitely be hiring him again."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Ness appliance repair did not have parts for repair. They ordered parts but have not received the parts. Repairs were delayed and not done yet."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Friendly, fast service. Communication could have been slightly better - I expected a certain person at a certain time and was met by a different person at a rescheduled time. Kept me informed about the fix and warranty throughout. Great service overall, would call them again."
