"It went great, they made us an appointment first thing in the morning, they were right on time, made suggestions on water heaters, left to go pick one up, came right back, installed it and we had hot water again! Highly recommend."

"A few months ago our furnace fan stopped working. We weren't sure what the problem was, and called 3-4 HVAC companies to describe the problem and get an idea of possible cost. It would be VERY easy for an unscrupulous technician to take advantage of a customer who knows little about their furnace. Some people I called indicated some very expensive things that might be wrong with the unit. But when I called Air Assurance and mentioned what someone else had said, AA was surprised and said that he din't know why another technician would say this, because it couldn't possibly be the problem with my type of furnace. AA's price was also lower than others in that he didn't require a separate charge just to come and diagnose. Anyhow -- he sounded like he was knowledgable and reasonable, so I arranged for AA to come out to our place. He resolved the problem (it was the fan), and replaced the fan, explaining to me a couple details that were helpful to know. He was very prompt and worked efficiently. The price for the new fan was reasonable. I had asked him about his markup on parts, and while he was working I looked up the price of the exact model of fan he was installing, online. It completely matched the price he had quoted me (i.e., I was able to verify he wasn't trying to overcharge or manipulate me). (I had been cheated in the past which was why I was so cautious). I was very happy with his work. BUT - that is only the first part of the story.
About 4-5 months later, the furnace stopped working. I tried changing fuses but that didn't solve the problem. Finally, I decided to call Air Assurance. The technician returned, and then reported to me that the fan he had installed a few months ago had failed. He said it had two different speeds, one for air conditioning, one for heating. The a/c setting was still working, but the heat setting did not. He replaced it, and after that all was fine. But he didn't charge me a penny. He could so easily have
taken advantage of me, and told me anything and charged us a high price. But he didn't! I was very impressed with his integrity. I also appreciated his quick response, and efficiency. I would highly recommend Air Assurance as a HVAC company you can trust, that is knowledgeable, curteous, prompt, efficient, and charges reasonable prices..
"

"They made sure that I was not going to run into any problems and made sure that there was no Freon leak. They were really great about doing that. They will be servicing my furnace as well."

"The representative that showed up at my house was gruff and not very friendly. His response was over dramatic, and 'this is going to be expensive' to fix. It was overkill and it appeared to be a tactic to create a sense of urgency.
Their prices were TRIPLE of other bids, I couldn't believe it.
I don't know about the quality of their work, but be sure to shop around for prices. I ended up using a different company in the valley that is not listed on here - United Plumbing. Great work and amazing prices.
"
