"I called for a free estimate & met with Jason. He was very helpful & knowledgeable about what could be done to improve the R rating in my new home. He suggested I apply for brand new offer regarding Avista's smart energy loan. I did & was accepted. USA insulation then sent a crew of 3 to blow insulation onto the attic & pump foam into the exterior walls. Eddie, Runfino & Jake did an excellent job! In the process, an electrical outlet over my counter-top was shorted out. Daryl the owner hired an electrician, Ehren from Electric Smith to fix the problem & he did so very well in a respectful & competent manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the work & effort that went into this job. Laci coordinated everything perfectly from USA insulation headquarters & answered all my questions, as well as ran down any "what a bouts" I asked about. Thank you so much to all involved! Kevin"

"I had them come out to do a blower test to see where the leaks were for my house. They came out same week. The test was very cool. I got to feel where all the leaks were coming from in my house and see where we were missing insulation. I'd recommend having them come out and do this before having anyone do insulation. I plan on having them come out and fix my leaks"

When Jennifer looked at our garage for the pre work bid, she made a couple of good recommendations which we took. Her written quote was detailed for each part of job. The installers showed up on time and were efficient and took care with our home and left garage very clean. Jennifer got us onto their work schedule very soon after she sent us her written cost for this job. Great company!"

The technician found an uninsulated heating pipe, missing batts, in addition to the original find of inadequate insulation. They fixed all of that. I have a room that was perennially cold, it's warm now, no ice dams and I am sure my gas bill will go down. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant people. Very pleasant, efficient and did what they said they could do for an affordable price."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
