"I have used them for a/c checkup before so I felt comfortable with the sales person and the price was right. I went with them because they are a repatriable Co. I was given a good warranty and the installers were very professional."

"James arrived on time and was very professional. We have a contract for two visits per year to service our A/C and Heating system . This system was installed by Aire-serve some 4 years ago,and we have been very pleased with the service we receive. George Smith"

"My service man, Chris Baeiles was excellent. Completed everything perfectly. He also pointed out some alarm deficiencies and was able to repair those as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with electrical issues"

"Paul is highly professional and does excellent work. Our old system just wasn’t performing as it should. Paul arrived promptly, worked extremely hard all day long, resolved all problem areas, installing an efficient and wonderful brand new system that now cools our home like never before! He was extremely attentive to our concerns and was also courteous and neat as he worked throughout the day. Paul also followed up with us several times to make certain all was well and we were happy. It is rare to find a contractor who provides top notch service/work and truly takes pride in his work. He is awesome. Would highly recommend ! So glad we found him!"

"They called to set up appt. and were very courteous and professional. The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind. They did NOT try to sell us extra services or inspections we didn't need. We'd call them again with an issue in a heartbeat. Highly recommended from a customer service perspective."

"I left the vehicle at the service station and a courtesy ride was provided to my residence. Vehicle was ready at agreed upon time. The vehicle passed inspection, but I also appreciated the manager bringing to my attention that the tires would likely require replacement before the next annual inspection.

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
