Also, their pricing was reasonable. This company does not even charge you a fee to walk in the door. They look at the problem, they answer all your questions, and explain what they are doing. This company does not charge by the quarter hour. They do their job right the first time."

"Husband tried a do it yourself bathroom faucet replacement. Turned off the valve under sink, but the pipe burst at the wall sending gallons of water per minute into the bathroom on a Saturday morning. Luckily, we had the tool to turn off the water main at the street to stop the flow before there was too much flooding, but needed a weekend plumber. Contacted Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing service. He was at a family function with his children, but was at our house within an hour to fix the pipe. Not sure what his regular rates are, but understood the $180 fee for a relatively easy, quick job being that it was not during regular business hours. Thanks Chris!
