"Tan stepped in when another contractor flaked out. Did a beautiful bath remodel with Carrara tile, glass shower and freestanding tub. Came in on budget. His crew was great to work with and respectful of our home. Did a good cleanup. Was nice to have a contractor that pays attention to details, listens, provides good guidance and follows through. "Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work.
