"I thought it went ok at the time, and it did as far as the completed job went, but I find out now (03/24/15) that they used polybutylene pipe to connect the faucet.  Because of insurance issues I'm now having to have it replaced at a cost of around $1000.  I'm told that plumbers have not used this material for a good while, and I don't understand why it was used here.  I'm disappointed that a "deal" I bought turned out this way.  I contacted the provider who said they no longer do plumbing.  My research shows that the poly was discontinued in 1995 after a class action suit."

Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. They first came to my house to see what needed to be done and, since, my fence gates would not close or open properly, they fixed them that day. "First of all he arrived on time, he was very polite and helpful. He was called because my a/c was leaking, when he started to work on my a/c he was very helpful explaining the reason as why it was leaking it's because it was clugged than he proceed to clean it. He also replaced 2 sink faucets and provided to help with a new plumbing drainer because the ones we had were in bad condition , than he changed all my door knobs in no time. He was very efficient and fair priced."

The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out. 
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."
