In fact, Glenn was the only salesman who actually took the time to take measurements at my house and explained the numbers of why I needed a three-ton system. "We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! "I needed to replace an existing outside gas tankless water heater and had obtained estimates from two plumbers when I happened upon the Home Advisor site. I had never used them, so I submitted my details. Matt from Platinum Plumbing called me less than two minutes after I submitted. He discussed the job with me and recommended the water heater he had installed in his own home. That seemed like a pretty reliable recommendation. He emailed me a written bid within a couple of minutes of our conversation. His was the best price for a high quality water heater. That was on a Friday, he installed it Monday morning. The install took about 1 hour & 45 minutes. I watched him work the entire time. In my opinion, heâ s an honest man and really knows what heâ s doing. Itâ s a great experience to watch an experienced pro in action. The unit needed to have an outdoor plug installed. Mattâ s electrician appeared right on time and quickly accomplished that. We are so happy to have hot water again. It was a pleasure meeting Matt. I would unhesitatingly recommend him to install a tankless water heater or whatever project he would bid on!"
