"They did a GREAT job! They first ran into permit problems in Brookline, but Rich (?) was able to fix that and didn't charge me extra. Then on the day of the work, they showed up and worked through to the next day and removed the whole chimney from the inside without making a dent in the house. I was MOST impressed with this as I have 2 small children so dust is a big deal to me. Since they are so prompt and efficiently, i was able to coordinate with my roofer to come in on the same day to seal up the roof. At the end of the day, you couldn't even tell that someone had removed a chimney just minutes before. Highly recommended!

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

We had to call 3 times over 6 weeks to get a return phone call regarding the installation of the prepaid cap. A promised referral gift card also went undelivered after 3 calls. The lack of follow-up and the disinterested response from our sales representative left us disappointed after such a great job. The lack of the timely installation of the chimney cap in the recent torrential rains left us with ongoing messy clean ups inside. It's too bad to do a really good job up front and drop the ball in the end."
