"These guys are top notch in terms of quality, responsiveness, and integrity. We had a large and complex project that required installation of an underground drainage system, pavers, stonework, outdoor low voltage lighting and asphalt. Premier Pavers was always extremely responsive by email, phone and text. Their billing was professional and work was done in a timely way. When a couple of items weren't done to my satisfaction they re-did the work promptly and with no questions asked. Frankly, this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Premier took care of dealing with the subcontractors and with the city for the permits (the permitting was no easy task and required many calls to the city). They weren't the cheapest bid for the project but they weren't exorbitant either. I'm really glad I didn't go with the cheapest bid on this project."

"I HAD CALLED SEVERAL LOCAL GRAVEL/CEMENT COMPANIES IN WATERTOWN AND WALTHAM ASKING IF THEY CARRIED SMALL PEA GRAVEL TO SURROUND THE BASE OF AN ABOVE-GROUND POOL. THE SALES REP I SPOKE WITH AT IDEAL BLOCK IN WALTHAM WAS VERY RUDE AND REPEATEDLY MENTIONED THAT THEY WOULD NOT DELIVER. THE OTHER TWO IN WATERTOWN WERE VERY NICE BUT DID NOT CARRY THE PEA GRAVEL. BOTH RECOMMENDED AA WILL SAND & GRAVEL AND I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. WHEN THE DRIVER FIRST ARRIVED, I ASKED IF I COULD LOOK IN THE TRUCK TO SEE THE SAMPLE (I HAD ORDERED IT SIGHT UNSEEN) AND RATHER THAN SENDING THE SMALL SIZE PEA STONE, THEY MISTAKENLY SENT THE LARGER SIZE. THANK GOODNESS HE HADN'T EMPTIED THE TRUCK! HE CHECKED THE ORDER, NOTICED IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE SMALL SIZED PEA STONE, AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC. HE IMMEDIATELY LEFT MY HOUSE, RETURNED TO CANTON AND WITHIN 2 HOURS RETURNED WITH THE SMALL SIZED GRAVEL."

"<p>It went very well.  I originally bought a $ 299 Angie's List deal for a spraycoat on the old asphalt.   When they came out they told me that the spraycoat would be a waste of money because the old surface was too far gone.   They gave me an estimate for the asphalt surface including the original $ 299 and came out several weeks later to do the work.   </p> <p>I gave them a B on punctuality, because they couldn't give me a tighter window than the entire day.   However, I they told me that was just the nature of their business.   They did come when they said they'd be there.   The final work took 2 days, because the weather got bad and they were worried about a full truck of asphalt getting wet.   They were honest and straight forward with me.</p> <p>The company's people were very nice, professional and very good to work with.   I feel they did a very good job.   The surface has now hardened and it looks great.   My only complaint is minor, as the asphalt settled there are some very minor defects that I suspect are more cosmetic but are the reason I didn't rate the job the top excellent rating.   Actually, I have no complaint I'm very happy and I'm just being a little picky about the top rating.   The job was fairly priced and an excellent value.   I do heartily recommend these folks for any asphalt work in the Boston area.</p> <br />"

"Marty worked around delays in our schedule due to the building inspector's office and still met our projected completion date.  Marty is a perfectionist but he does not let it slow him down!  There are always challenges in any project but  he thinks through an issue and implements a solution that works.  Marty was not familiar with the veneer product we used but researched the installation instructions on the website and took the time to do it right.  He is smart, creative and was very respectful of our home.  Marty was even patient with the dogs who constantly wanted to help.   I highly recommend him for any stone work and hope that we have an opportunity to work with him again.  We have coordinated many home improvement projects and our experience with Marty ranks at the top in terms of quality of work, professionalism and overall satisfaction compared with any contractor. <br />"
