On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced. I believe Andrea in their office has ordered said items and we are now waiting to hear when they will be fitted."

"In the morning we could not get out through our front door because the deadbolt turner was not moving the bolt. I looked at reviews of the first several Angie's List locksmith listings for my area (Dabbs was listed first) and Dabbs looked promising. They answered the call right away and told me they would arrive after they finished with two other customers. They did arrive at a reasonable time a few hours after my call, and removed the old deadbolt and put in a new one very efficiently. Gave me the option to pick one whose key matches our doorknob key (great that they keep a varied supply in the truck). The door/doorframe had settled somewhat, so they needed to also chisel off some wood from the bottom part of the deadbolt hole for a fully unobstructed fit, and also a thin layer of wood all around it to fit the new metal plate--this they did quite expertly, and cleaned up the floor nicely afterward. I also appreciate that they list both an office and a cellphone number.
Very reasonable rate, wonderfully friendly and proficient service; highly recommended.

"Rodolfo did a tremendous job, he was very punctual and cleaned up every thing, after the work was done. He also fixed small holes in wall that we had before for free. At the last minute we decided to install hardwood floor in the have the walk in closet. He did not charge us for the extra labor to install the extra 35 feet of hardwood flooring for the closet."
