I contacted him about it initially and he agreed to come by on a day (that turned out to be raining), so we agreed he would come by "next week" instead. But next week never came. I sent a number of texts to Josh, to which I received no response. I resolved to send one "final" text to him before writing a subpar review. He did respond to that one, with a sincere apology, an explanation, and to say he would come by to complete the work once he got caught up with his current work. That was in September, and by now I am feeling fairly confident that this job is not going to be finished. I feel partially responsible for this dilemma because I paid the bill before the job was fully completed. I was trusting, because as I said, Josh is a nice person."
