We were also having some issues with our sprinklers at the time... and he fixed it that same day, no problem! While he was there, I was telling him that I wanted to build a raised garden bed out of some old brick that we had from a previous project. He made that happen as well! Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite.
