"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."

"I had recently hired Mako Plumbing to replace a 75-year-old cast iron sewage pipe in my home and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. From the moment Jay and Ron arrived, they exhibited absolute professionalism, were respectful of my home, and well-prepared for the task at hand. They skillfully fixed the problem and their attention to detail assured me that the job was done right. I truly value the dedication and hard work provided by Jay and Ron. Beyond the amazing technical service, what set them apart was the personalized service. They were courteous and patient with my queries. Should I ever need plumbing services in the future, I will certainly call Mako Plumbing."

"The installation went very well. The installation team, Rabi, Moe, and Murad, did an excellent job. They were hard working, courteous, respectful of us and our property. They explained the steps for the work carefully and involved us in decision making for several steps of the process. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were with us for four days and each day they provided the same level of service. Our case manager, Rachael, kept us informed each step of the way. She answered questions quickly. Good experience. I would hire them again."

"Ackeno provided me with a free quote and delivered exactly what he promised, including a drain pan with drain system to protect against water leak. I was considering between tankless and conventional water heaters, and Ackeno was very knowledgeable about both systems. He's very cost-conscious for his customers, and the price was reasonable. The water heater he got for me is a high-quality commercial one, which is more durable against corrosion. I'm glad I hired HSM."

"Paulie was right on time, and finished the job quickly. I'd refer him to anyone who needs a good plumber."

"We had John do our plumbing job. He was excellent. We had a hose that was attached to the outside of our house, that would not come off. We had several people try to take it off, no use. He was able to take it off without breaking the pipe. If i need a plumber again would definitely ask for him."
