"FAMB called and I told the owner what needed done. They knew just what to do after that. Gave me an estimate on one day, started the job the next day and completed. Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer. "The provider arrived on time.  I was only interested in a partial remodel -- that it, the addition of some cabinets to my kitchen.  He quickly drew up an estimate (which was quite a bit higher than a similar job done by Home Depot several years ago).  Frankly, I began to wonder why I had paid someone to give me an estimate.  Oh well.  Maybe if you're having a major reconstruction job it would be worth it."

"I received A+ service from Granite Works. I met Bruno Valente, one of the co-owners, on my first visit. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy like some sales people. The slab I liked the best was marked sold.  In a follow up discussion with Bruno, my brother found out that the sister to that slab was available. Bruno gave it a rating of 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and he was right.  Bruno held the slab for a few days until I could get there. Purchased it that day, and he held it for 5 months at no charge. Many companies my brother called on my behalf would not hold a slab longer than 30 days.
When my brother was visiting from out of town, they were kind enough to bring it out of storage so that he could see it.  That day, we met Art Rivera who spent considerable time with me us and provided invaluable advice about a new counter I was adding.  He also provided other design suggestions on the backsplash and paint color, which I followed with great results. That was an extra bonus I didn't expect. So, if Art gives you advice, you should definitely take it.
The templater, Glauber (hope this is the correct spelling), was extremely detail oriented and communicated well with my carpenter and his assistant. He made a suggestion for the end cap of the new counter and the handrail behind it that made it a true work of
art.  Gus Valente (co-owner), with assistance from Eduardo (stone cutter), did a great job of deciding what parts of the stone would go where in my kitchen and fireplace.  They have an amazing eye. I was so impressed by their finding parts of the slab in totally different areas that would best connect at the seams. The installers were terrific and that process went very smoothly. I have 2 seams that are barely noticeable.  Their work in the kitchen and my fireplace surround was impeccable.
Granite Works exceeded my expectations, and I'm very picky.  My counters are a work of art.

"Our experience with KBR was excellent. We started the renovation process by contacting multiple companies for quotes and designs. KBR was very prompt in response. KBR was always courteous and available at the agreed meeting times. Fatih, our designer, worked with us over multiple visits to help us design the new kitchen and pick out the cabinets, countertops, and hardware. Over a couple of weeks and several meetings, we were able to finalize the layout, cabinetry, countertops and outlets. The final design was set in a walkthrough at our townhouse with Fatih, Adam, the project manager, and Francisco, the technician. The on-site contractors were very courteous and tried extremely hard to keep our house reasonably clean. KBR lined the floors in the kitchen to protect our existing hardwood floor and lined the carpeted stairs from our ground floor to the second floor kitchen. The quality of the final renovation was excellent. As we discovered issues, Fatih, Adam and Francisco were readily available and helpful in resolving these issues. In the end, each issue was resolved to our satisfaction. The project was complete ahead of schedule. Despite the unanticipated issues, KBR was timely, efficient and professional. Furthermore, KBR paid attention to every last detail, including the final repaint of the entire kitchen.
