The contractor said the price was higher because his workers would need to use extra safety gear due to the steep pitch of my roof. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall.
