"Wonderful, came for quote and were able to do work right then! Reasonable prices and good quality work, nice guys too!"

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"I have to say the best in the business! I highly recommend MR. Flush sewer and drain….."

"Amazing service! I’ve tried several different companies in the past and KTG is the best one. Apartment is super clean and they are quick to response and reliable."

"These guys are terrific!!  Anthony appraised me of the cost of materials and set to work immediately, reframing and replacing 2 windows that were lost during Hurricane Sandy.  They replaced siding and repaired shelves. The place never looked so could.  They were efficient, fair, trustworthy and caring.  I will use them again -  I can finally say I have a contractor!  I recommend them to any and all. The price estimate reflect Big Deal price and the cost of materials."

"Overall, great service. They were a bit late but they were fast cleaning and I will definitely use them again."

"Awesome. Drew did a great job on the installation. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Absolutely 100% satisfied. Thank you"

"It was so much easier than getting a dumpster. I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! With the bullbag, I paid one set price and the cool part: I got the bag back to refill again and again. This company also recycles most of what is collected so less ends up in a landfill.
No better business bureau complaints.
One set price to empty.
I get to reuse the bag over and over."

"Very well, very good job, very clean"

"I cannot recommend Mark more! We called him for a dishwasher installation and pipe repair. He quoted us reasonably - and was generous with his work and time when what we thought was a simple job turned out to be much more complicated. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with - communicative about the issue and his solution, flexible with scheduling, and just an all-around nice guy. We will not be hesitating to call him in the future - our go-to-guy for all plumbing needs."
