"Antonio arrived within the time period stated, he was very polite, considerate, and professional. Throughout the process he kept me informed, explained what he did, even showing me at my request. His response was always, "I am here to serve you." Even when I offered to throw away the backing of the tape he applied to the unit to to indicate the unit has been serviced, he said, "No, thank you Ma'am, I am here to serve you ." I would look forward to Antonio coming back in the future for next years service visit. It's nice seeing a company with such caring, knowledgeable, and professional people. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Vendor install a Honeywell 7200 series thermostat in my new home, but I decided to upgrade to a 6580 WiFi unit. I did all the work myself but couldn't get the A/C to work. I called Honey well who referrred me to Enhanced Heating and A/C. I called them at 3:45 PM on a Friday afternoon and got a live person who said someone will call me back after I presented the problem I had. Around 4 PM I got a call from Sean who helped me out with the wiring and the A/C is now working."

"Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out, surveyed the house and discussed my options and the work to be performed. His proposal was done on-site within about 5 to 10 minutes. After he gave me the proposal, he asked about staining my decks (I was going to do it myself and the materials were sitting on the porch). I advised him I was going to do it after I returned from vacation. He offered to take care of it for me, along with the painting, for no additional charge.
After I received a quote from a competitor (he knew who I had called w/o me telling him), I accepted his quote. Mike was out the next day (Friday) and power-washed the house. He returned the following Monday and painted the house and stained the deck.
While Mike impressed me with his professionalism and quick response - he's got very good customer service skills - I'm a little disappointed in the work due to the fact he didn't scrape and clean up the paint that had chipped away. If I had to do it again, I would make sure this was a part of the deal.
It may be partly my fault for not making it 100% clear this was part of my expectations. However, at the same time, I also feel he could have brought it up as well. For the price he charged, I really can't complain too much, considering he came in $2400.00 below his competitor (who didn't mention painting and scraping either) and the house looks good except for chipped sections.
No matter - i would still use him again - and will.
As a side-note, I found out Mike has other connections for handyman work and I'll more than likely go through him just simply because he's gained my trust.
