Chester helped with the design & planning, making recommendations of things that would work & highlighting things to stay away from. He was able to suggest a number of local suppliers to visit to get ideas and once we selected our choices he priced everything out and advised us on items that we could look at to adjust the final price without sacrificing quality or the design. Chester was accurate with his estimate vs final price & schedule; he also freely advised me on many things around the house that he was not working on. There was a minor problem at the end of the project and Chester was very accommodating in fixing it. Furthermore, Chester is very personable and a pleasure to deal with. "The owner was prompt in responding to my special deal purchase and it was quick and easy to schedule our appointment. He showed up promptly, was was professional, thorough, and friendly. The gutters that met the coupon’s criteria were cleared. We are hiring again to clean the gutters that were higher (3-story) and more running feet than specified, and also to do wood rot repair around our home’s exterior that he noticed. The coupon was a good value for the work performed, and the quote on the additional work to be performed also is fair. "We could not be happier that we trusted Ray (MRM) with our project (35x20 covered, screened, back porch addition connected to the house). We received an estimate from the owner on day one and Ray worked with us as we adjusted plans and helped to keep our costs as low as possible. Before signing the contract, Ray covered everything in detail and answered all our questions. Ray introduced the project manager and stopped by often to check on the status. During significant periods (like pouring the concrete slab) Ray was on-site working right along with his team. And what a great team. Very professional and experienced.
