Takessha walked me through everything that they were going to do, take out tub, remove all tile and drywall.I had a drain pipe, that ran along my tub on the outside wall. "When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.

"Bob came out promptly, provided an estimate, and started the work in about a week. He worked around 4 or 5 hours each day, and the project took 6 working days. He was able to save enough old peach tiles to make an attractive border around the middle of the shower. The tile work is excellent and looks very nice. He cleaned up very well. There were some disturbing aspects, however. He ruined two hand towels in the bathroom by leaning the shower door on them. After he had re-installed the shower door, I noticed it was not on straight and raised concern about it. He attempted to straighten it, but it was not better. He said he would come back if it did not work out, but I did not ask him to come back for the door because I was upset that he had made new holes in the old peach tiles and didn't want him to do any further damage to these tiles which cannot be replaced. He had already broken one of these, and the extra holes cannot be covered up in any way. After he left, the sink next to the shower was clogged up. When I called him about the sink, he said that he wasn't anywhere near the sink and wasn't responsible for it being clogged up. He had only washed his hands in it. I think he should have taken responsibility for the clogged drain and asked his plumbing colleague to unclog it. Instead, I hired a plumber to fix it, which cost me an extra $160.91. When asked why the sink was clogged, the plumber told me it was quite puzzling, as there were pieces of ground cement in it. I then called the shower door company and ended up having to get a new shower door for $368, as they would have charged me $299 to come out and reinstall the old one. While I am now pleased with the finished product, it took two additional companies and an extra $528.91 to complete it."

"These guys did a excellent job of removing old shrubs and basicaly starting over. They dug everything up and replace with top soil and grass seed where needed. They also put a stone under bay window to dress up patio area. If your looking for experts that will take the time to give you Quality and quanity then these are the guys. Call today. "we have ordered the shower and it has yet to be installed which is scheduled for October 8th. So far all is good. We did all the tear out and all they have to do is move the plumbing (which we were told they will do) and install the shower unit . don't know yet how good they are at this point the salesperson was very good and patient as we need the bathroom totally torn out to do what we wanted"
