"I hired Noah with JM Roofing to come out and give us a estimate for a roof over our soon to be built patio. When Noah arrived he noticed my roof was in need of repair and told me to get with State Farm to have them come and look at it and to let him know when they would be at my house and he would meet them to inspect my roof together. Few days later on 3/8/17 State Farm came out and along with Noah they deemed my roof / garage door had around $8300.00 worth of damage due to recent storms.All throughout the process Noah was great to text and call me when things came up. Once it was deemed I needed a new roof and garage door , Noah got the ball rolling with getting everything lined up to do. On Monday morning 3/13/17 his crew showed up to do my roof and they stayed until 7:45 pm that night in the cold to make sure it was done and done right. They made sure to go through my yard twice with their big magnet to get any nails and staples out of my yard so that my kids and dog would not get hurt. Their crew was very courteous and polite and they really cleaned up their work site once they were done. The next day on 3/14/17 the garage tech came out and installed our new garage door and new trim around it. I had a question about the spring on the door and when I called Noah to ask about it , Noah called the garage tech and the garage tech called me back within 5 minutes with answers to my question. Awesome customer service. From start to finish this whole project from the time State Farm was at my house inspecting until the project was complete was 4 days not including the weekend.I would highly recommend JM Roofing for any projects that come up. Their crew that put my roof on was hands down awesome. I am planning on using them again in the future on projects that arise."

He also removed a door that was not opening or closing properly, reworked the frame and reinstalled the door. He also repaired a roof leak. Very versatile, an all around good general contractor."

"French drain had to be dug, hole was at least 5 feet deep on the side of my house (at the top of the slope and got shallower the farther down you went). Randy Johnson's crew spread thick water-proofing (tar-like stuff) all along the block fondation of my home as well as on the inside all along the foundation where the water was entering my home. A nice, sturdy drain pipe was added and the hole was filled back up. A more powerful sump pump was hooked up that automatically turns on and off and it was dug down deeper along the foundation of the home in the crawl space to catch the water and pump it out quickly. The work was done in a timely manner. Randy and his crew were always on time and professional. Randy guaranteed his work and has called me numerous times after a heavy rain to check on our house and see if we're still staying dry. There was some slight moisture on one occasion and Randy brought his crew back over to add a little more water-proofing in the corner where the moisture was found. Randy and his crew may be a little more expensive than others; but, his guarantee of 100% satisfaction on his work is worth the extra money. Some contractors are all talk; but, Randy truly holds true to his word."

"Tom was very eager to help and to make the job the best he could for the amount of money I had to work with. Overall they do a pretty good job. Scheduling delays occurred with both roof and gutter crews due to a busy storm season. While understandable, the delays could have been communicated better and cleanup a little more thorough once the job was completed. I think a ‘B’ is a pretty fair rating, the work didn’t blow my mind but was satisfactory and should last for years to come."

I was so so relieved when they came and took over my job because they knew exactly what to do when to do it where to do it and better yet how to do it. C h a n e the owner is absolutely the nicest guy polite kind considerate to your needs and is certain to get the job done before you pay a dime his health is also very respectful everyone has their personal niche that they do and they all do it 110% with a great attitude a smile on their face and you just keep adding stuff you want done to your house because you see how good is getting done no way do they have measures anything everything is done with extraordinary care and pride in their work I could go on and on and on but the best way you can know what's true and what's not is to hire them you absolutely will not be disappointed not one bit they're the best group of people I've ever had work for me one knows what the other one needs when he needs it they work well together they work well with you there or without you there I just can't say enough about these guys in the work performance that they show the workmanship is phenomenal I would hire them today if I could think of one more thing left to do at my house however I think they about covered it for now I will be adding a garage later and they will be doing it I can assure you that. As far as I'm concerned no one will ever touch my house again other than them they put everyone else to shame I thank God I found them I thank God they all are seriously fit kind considerate clean and professional. I would hire these guys to do anything for me and I suggest to you if you're starting finishing or in between a job you need to stop and let these guys take over you will not be disappointed that I can assure you.
