"Ooommee LLC was great to work with. Danzy, the owner, was very personable. He was very helpful and understanding. My husband and I had a very strained budget, yet he did everything he could to work around that when no one else would even give it a shot. The basement was not an easy renovation by any means. He collaborated with other pros to get what needed to be done finished & done in the time frame we needed. By the end of this project Danzy felt like family to us. Thank you to all who helped complete this renovation for my family. We are truly grateful! 110% recommend Ooommee LLC for great affordable services for your home."

"I've used cransten for two major projects now, first a partial basement finish and now installing built-in shelves and fireplace in my living room. Super super easy to work with, reasonably priced, the contractors they send out are communicative and professional. I can't say enough great things. I'll be back again when I'm ready for the rest of the basement to be finished."

"It went great. The best remodeler I've ever done business with."

"It was great! The guys not only installed the ceiling supports for the lift rack, but installed all the rest of it too. They showed me how it works with a drill to crank or to use the hand crank to lift the rack to the ceiling. They made sure it was exactly where I wanted it. The workbench and treadmill were just too heavy for us to carry down a steep hill and steps to the basement. They carried both down and put them exactly where we wanted them.

"When providing a quote for a moisture issue in the basement of my split-level home, Rob took the time to listen to me explain the issues, answered all of my many questions, and thoroughly explained what he thought needed to be done. We discussed both a costly option (digging up part of the yard and installing drains and waterpoofing on the exterior) as well as a cheaper one (waterproofing paint on the interior). Even though the exterior fix was the best option for ensuring the issue would be remedied, he thought that the interior fix would be sufficient and provided me with information so that I could pick what I thought was best rather than pressuring me into picking the pricier option. He also noticed that my crawl space was lacking a vapor barrier and provided a quote for that as well. I am very pleased with the finished product. Despite some recent heavy rains, I have yet to see any further moisture problems from the basement. And even though I hadn't originally planned to pay for a vapor barrier installation, the price was good enough that I decided to opt for it and I'm glad I did. Even though it would have been cheaper to do the work myself, I am very pleased with the quality I received."

Company Overview: With low overhead, satisfied customers who give us numerous referrals, and a commitment to stick to our core values, EAST COAST CRAWL SPACE SOLUTIONS is able to get your crawl space into the shape it should be, with the highest quality service at the cheapest price around. Description: East Coast Crawl Space Solutions LLC is a company specializing in creating healthy, dry, beautiful, energy efficient crawl spaces. We provide the highest quality work, for the cheapest price guaranteed. We offer: - Crawl space insulation -Sealed crawl spaces or encapsulations -dehumidification systems -sump pumps -vapor barriers/moisture barriers -foundation sealing -vents -removal of growth in crawl space (fungus, poria, rot, etc.) -preventative growth treatment -yearly inspections -french drains -humidistats And much more. After working for other companies for years doing crawl space work, I grew sick and tired of watching my Co-workers just showing up to get a pay check and not doing the job right. These customers were spending thousands of dollars $$$ on these services, and getting lack luster, no effort, sloppy work. I began to grow a passion, as my knowledge grew, of creating beautiful, healthy crawl spaces for homeowners and businesses. Finally I had enough of watching these companies rob the customers (selling them services they didn't need, not completing the job right, not sticking to their word of repairs, and the list goes on and on), and after having my first child, I decided it was time to go out on my own and give people the best quality at the cheapest prices. That's what East Coast Crawl Space Solutions is all about.
