They tore down a CNN load bearing wall between my living room and b kitchen, installed a beam, finished with drywall, texture and installed flooring where we removed cabinets. They started the job one week after I accepted their proposal. The three young men doing the construction were at my home by 7 every morning and worked until they had to break for drywall setup etc. They were all friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. "Excel told they could replace my roof without any leaking. First time it rained it started leaking in 1 spot. They came out next morning and attempted to fix saying it was probably from high winds while raining and put a little more sealant on a joint but now it’s leaking again and it’s not raining that hard nor much wind this time. I will follow up to let everyone know if they get this fixed. My confidence is fading and if you got a new roof from Excel Metal roofing I wouldn’t just assume it’s not leaking, investigate and pop a few panels to see it there are any signs of leaking, just b/c you can’t see it does not mean it’s dry underneath!"
