"I am extremely pleased with the work done by Mike of McDaniel Maintenance. He sanded, primed and painted a steel front door that was pealing that and had rust spots. Also sanded and painted the surrounding trim. He also replaced blinds over the kitchen sink. And wired a ceiling light to replace a bathroom fan. Mike was polite, professional and cleaned up the areas nicely. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend McDaniel Maintenance. It is great to to find a company who is willing to do small jobs. If we are in need of a handyman that will be who we call. "

"Marv did everything he listed on the contract pertaining to the replacement of drywall in the basement, painting the walls and then some. He was very willing to take care of some of the blips I needed to have taken care of. Very obliging. He worked full days, and always came on the days we agreed on. "We called Ibrahim because our washer was stopping mid-cycle and the dryer wasn’t drying properly. It was really frustrating and had been happening for a while. Ibrahim got back to us quickly and came out soon after. He was very friendly and took the time to check both machines and explain what was wrong. The washer had a drainage issue and the dryer had a lot of lint buildup. He explained everything before fixing it and was very honest about what needed to be done. He fixed both the washer and dryer and everything has been working great since. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and would call him again."
