"They were able to repair my washer the same day!"

"We called Ibrahim because our washer was stopping mid-cycle and the dryer wasn’t drying properly. It was really frustrating and had been happening for a while. Ibrahim got back to us quickly and came out soon after. He was very friendly and took the time to check both machines and explain what was wrong. The washer had a drainage issue and the dryer had a lot of lint buildup. He explained everything before fixing it and was very honest about what needed to be done. He fixed both the washer and dryer and everything has been working great since. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and would call him again."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Dean from Motorcity Appliance LLC provided excellent repair service to several of my appliances. He was very kind and patient and explained step by step the process of repair which gave me understanding and comfort knowing the repairs were done correctly. I highly recommend his professional services to anyone who needs appliance repairs. Hats off, and my sincere thanks to Dean, for a job well done!"

"Great service! Came out the same day that I called because he was in the area. I liked that he explained that problem in a way I could understand, and even showed my how to use some features on the dryer that I hadn’t used before. Price was reasonable and 5 months later my dryer is still working like new. Lucas Appliance will be the first I call if I have problem with any appliance."
