"The initial call to Dayspring was answered by a real person!! Their tech showed up within five hours and I was very pleased. However; they quickly turned my pleasure to despair! Their supervision would commit to a date/time and subsequently the time would come and go with nobody showing up - I would have to be the one call contact them and even when I had a tough talk with them stating that I understood when plans change, but expected notification — it still didn’t get better. They lie and seem comfortable with that. This went on throughout the process and getting them on-site was like pulling teeth.
