"I was shopping for garage doors for a long time. Nor only was every quote astronomical but every contractor found reasons why the job was more “difficult“ and/or “complicated”. Kevin was a pleasure from the moment that I met him for a quote up to and including the time he returned months later when we suffered a power outage and could not get my garage door open by hand. His prices were much more reasonable than other contractors, he didn’t try to up-sell me (as many other contractors did as I am a single mom who is somewhat clueless about these things) and he was prompt, tidy and did the entire job quickly and seamlessly. He was cheerful, friendly but very professional. I would recommend him not only as a garage door contractor but also as a nice, honest and fair man Even when he was exhausted from installing all day, he came to my home the day of the blackout and cheerfully fixed the problem. Qualities I find lacking in many contractors I work with. Highly highly recommend!!"

"My garage door needed to be replaced along with the opener. John came over and gave me a decent price for the door along with the opener. The installation for the opener was $150 and the best door they had was $1250 (thickest insulation). This included removal of all old doors and stuff. Dad needed just the door but no insulation, $880 or so(forgot). Jose came to my dad's house first, did an awesome job! Then a few weeks later, he came to my house to do the job. Jose was neat, knew his stuff, and installed just the door with removal of the old one in 2 hours! Then he installed the opener without a hitch. He truly knows his stuff! I want to thank John and Jose for the best experience I had with a garage door installation. Thank you Becker Garage door (John and Jose!)"

"They are weak in trouble shooting and providing clear recommendations due to which we incurred significant costs. It’s sad to give your business to a company wherein you spend $2000 on a repair only to be told 72 hours later you need to replace the entire furnace. No appreciation for customer loyalty or that during COVID some refund should have been provided. Instead they did not take any ownership for it. Furnace was only 13 yrs old and they did the maintainence on it for 10 of those years. We lost our heating one say and they suggested the furnace required a new inducer and mother board for $2000. We went with that repair only to find out 72 hours later our heating stopped again abs this time it was found our heat exchanger was leaking water. Anyway nothing good comes out of taking undue advantage of people. The lesson here is try to find a company that has expertise in your brand of furnace. We later researched and found out our furnace was known to have heat exchanger issues. This company only has knowledge on the brand of furnace they install. Everything is else you as the customer do at risk as they will not take any accountability of their repairs don’t work. I have never come across a company like this one."

"He was hired and came here on 5/14 to inspect a double awning on our new house and to fix a screen door. The owner came and gave us an estimate for the job, we thought he was coming to do the work, but he would send someone the next day. The employee came out on the 15th, looked at the awning and couldn't tighten certain bolts because he couldn't get to the bolts. He said that he didn't have the right tool, but still charged us what the owner quoted. When we called the owner because it wasn't fixed, he said that he needed to send two people. So he knew that he needed to two people to fix it. He said that he would have to send another man out again and charge us full price again. Why didn't he send the correct people the first time when he was already here and looked at it. We questioned his credibility and he became upset with us. We received conflicting feedback from the owner and the worker about what the problem actually was. When we asked about this he the owner said that he didn't have his glasses that day so he couldn't really see the problem. Instead of being apologetic he became defensive. This repair should have been taken care of the first time he came out since he never stated that he was just coming to give a quote. We ended up just ending the conversation with him. So we paid for them to do the repair yesterday it wasn't fixed and they wanted us to pay again for the same job."
