"The floor was changed from wooden slats to a ceramic tile that the contractor recommended.  The screen windows were changed out to full view custom casement windows and two new full-view doors.  A room-specific heating and air conditioning unit was also added.  The whole room was painted inside and out.

"After 12 months of significant research looking for the right contractor for a major remodel of the second floor of our 1950’s home, we selected Mountain Construction. After all the bids were reviewed and references checked, it was an easy decision for us to choose Mountain Construction.
