After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. The cost was very reasonable. He never pressured us to buy a new window which would have cost much more.
