As if it were my fault they were not paid or like I wasn't going to! I just wanted my tank fixed, because something kept plugging it at the inlet it had only been a year since pumped last, with 2 older people living there and it was a 1000 gal tank. A couple phone calls and a visit to the buisness I got another truck scheduled and another week, the second trip out went ok. All of that for 1 phone call that wasn't made. Hey, could have been a new driver, or maybe having a bad day or two, but still some things happened there that no way should have."

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."
