About ten years ago, the rollers stopped working well and two glass companies were called to repair the rollers. Both companies declined to work on the doors saying that doors that old cannot be repaired but must be replaced. Levi, however, was able to replace the glass and repair the rollers. Levi kept the appointment time, spend hours installing replacement glass and adjusting the rollers, all for a reasonable price. I will certainly call on Levi again. Highly recommended. D. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
