"Mike was great to work with. I hired him to renovate my primary bedroom and bath. While the bedroom only needed a basic refresh, the bathroom was a full gut remodel including moving fixtures and windows. During the course of the project, we encountered many problems with infrastructure from prior remodels. He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. He also has a deep rolodex of excellent subcontractors for every piece of the work. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail. He worked clean and took care with my home throughout the process."

After a flood ruined my basement these guys completely repaired and renovated the space including new french drains, vinyl sheeting behind the drywall, dry locked the window wells and caulked all necessary gaps. Not cheap but they knew exactly what they were doing and since our area has had several storms w record rainfall and my basement has been bone dry. Would use them again in a heartbeat. "I hired Giove Renovations the first time to help me with a kitchen/dining room overhaul a few year back. They turned the two crowded rooms into an amazing bright open space. They added small trim and crown molding to make the cabinets and room in general look amazing and custom-made for the space. They made suggestions that didn't increase the price of the job, but improved the functionality and overall look of the space. From suggesting to include small shelves to soften the end of some cabinets to staining wood switch plates so it would blend into the side of a cabinet. We were so pleased with the work before they finished that we decided to do all the remodeling on the first floor that we were considering for future dates. That included changing a drop ceiling into a regular sheetrock ceiling, moving the laundry room from the basement to the first floor and adding laundry area cabinets, upgrading a basement wetbar and adding decorative tile work, refinishing existing hardwood floors and installing new hardwood floors in the kitchen and laundry/mudroom. The next time I hired them they added a door to connect the main house to the attached garage and a second door from the garage to the backyard and an overhaul of the garage including additional insulation and paint. This very last time I hired them they painted 3 bedrooms, installed a bunch of doors and 2 sets of double doors which needed a saddle installed as well. And the craftsmanship for all of that work, the big and the small stuff was meticulous and just amazing. Not a stray drop of paint or misaligned corner anywhere."
