"BEWARE!!! I would not recommend this man whatever. I changed 2 doors, paid almost 3k for a crappy job. Let?s start, first he said he will be 7:30-8 am then calls says his truck broke down (understandable) and he will be there at 12. Fast forward it?s almost 1, he shows up. He starts setting up then suddenly a dog is in my garage, he states I hope you aren?t afraid of dogs (he brought his dog to work, I love animals but everything has time and place). Then proceeds to let the dog run around unleashed, goes into neighbor yards and the cops show up 5 minutes later. He has asked me for a deposit the day before starting (DO NOT DO IT!!!) . Because while unpacking in the garage I was in another room, I heard him talking to someone about a job and said I?ll be there in 1 hour to finish the job (mind you he starting my job at that same time). Then he calls me to meet him in my garage and says his wife has a flat tire and he can come back in 4 days to do the job. See pics for rest of story "

"Hired DoorWorks to fix a broken cable and spring in 2023. Just under 2 years later, the new pullies failed and it took out both cables and springs, requiring over $540 in additional repairs. Since it was past 90 days manufacturing warranty, they were unwilling to stand behind the product or labor. They said they can?t prove it wasn?t from overuse even though I was willing to share the exact number of cycles from the myQ app. Clearly the parts are not quality or there were issues with the installation, but they try to blame it on the customer for overuse or not keeping up on maintenance when you would need to disassembly the entire system to check the parts. If I wanted to do that, I would?ve done the job myself. As the saying goes, ?good, fast, cheap - pick two?."
