This time I contacted him because my dishwasher was leaking and one of the burners on my gas range had ceased to ignite, despite repeated cleanings. Schuyler came to my house at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problems. He warned me that it could take up to two weeks to receive a part from Bosch, the dishwasher manufacturer, and indeed it did.
