"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. "The first thing was the contractor, Dony, not only showed up on time but he arrived before the scheduled arrival time. I am an on time person so this was a plus for me. I had water building up in the water well which was falling into the basement like a waterfall. Plumber felt the drain may have been clogged. At first this seemed like a simple job, unclog the drain. Apparently the access area to the clog was too small. I thought I would be stuck with water clean up for a while. Dony went into the basement, and had to take down some of the drywall to try to locate the source of the water leak. He cut the pipe and voila, the clog was readily visible. The area was cleared, a test was run to make sure no more water was backing up. I was a happy camper. The next day there was again, water in the basement coming from a different source. I called Dony and he came over right away. He determined the cause of the leak and took the steps necessary to secure the leaky pipe. I would definitely use this company again. First of all the punctuality went a long way and perseverance to continue working until the problem areas were addressed."

When replacing the ceiling fan he noticed that the old one was not secure and suggested installing a box to stabilize the new one. I agreed.

When installing the track lights they didn't work. He called the manufacturer to straighten out the problem.  He delayed payment until the problem is fixed.
