He was able to accomodate the design needed for additions in my 1949 Cape Cod style home, as well as redesign on the interior. He lived more than an hour away, but was willing to travel out to my home for measurements! This was a huge plus. He was able to coordinate the printing of blueprints, so I could pay for them and have them sent to my home, since he lived a distance away. I would highly recommend him to anyone, in need of an architect, for a project, on an older home. He was such a pleasure to work with!"

"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. "Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)!
