He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee. "I had a broken sewer line. Hired All City Water and Sewer. Val came and explained the work entailed for a line repair and to install a new sewer line. No hard-sell to replace the whole line (unlike other sewer co.s). He gave me a price quote for both the repair and the replacement. I found Val to be knowledgeable & relaxed, and felt confident in All City's ability to do a good job. There were problems with my sewer over the years so I decided to replace it. All City crew showed up as scheduled, were pleasant & polite, kept me informed of when the water would be turned off and back on. Very organized. The job was done in a timely fashion, very neatly, and without being intrusive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience All City was a pleasure to work with.
