"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. "I engaged Brian initially just to replace loose tile in the main part of our master bathroom. We knew there was probably a little subfloor damage that would result in a little more cost. But, as things turned out there was significant damage that meant replacing some structural elements and replacing the adjacent walk-in shower. This really went from a little repair work to a fairly major unplanned remodel job. Brian helped me find other trade people to do structural and plumbing work, shower door installation, and drywall work. And, his work tile work was excellent. A true professional in every way."

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen! 
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
 *painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
 *priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.
