"Seriously impressed with the work John and his son did on my new driveway. From the start, John was super easy to talk to and knew what I was wanting. The guys showed up on time, worked hard, and you could tell they took pride in what they were doing. The driveway looks amazing – smooth, clean, and exactly what I wanted. Plus, the price was fair. If you need concrete work, give John a call. I highly recommend him and plan on using him for other services in the future!"

"Iran H, Chris M and Floyd C were the service people from Ohio Basement Authority who repaired a leaning concrete block foundation wall in the basement and installed a sump pump. They did excellent, considerate work and I would recommend them for a similar project."

"I originally planned to have a paver patio installed. However, after talking with Kevin on the phone and looking at pavers that had been in place for some time, I decided that a poured patio would better suit my needs. Kevin came out to my hone, listened carefully, understood what I wanted, told me what he could and would do, and gave me a quote. I really wanted stamped concrete, but the poured patio with a nice color added to the concrete was at the absolute top of my budget. He told me on that same day that he had a cancellation two weeks out and if I decided that day, I could have that slot. Otherwise it would be about eight weeks out. I gave it some thought and agreed. He had a contract to me by the next day. The two weeks passed and his crew of six or seven, including Kevin the whole time, arrived very early that morning. What happened next was a wonder to behold! They quickly put down sheets of plywood and them used walk behind power equipment in order to protect my lawn. My yard slopes so they had some digging to do to make everything level using the bottom step of the deck as their point of reference. They dug quickly and precisely putting piles of dirt around the perimeter so that I would have dirt to shore up the sides where the yard slopes away and make landscape beds around the sides. The rest was hauled away. They quickly spread the gravel which they had brought with them when they arrived. The concrete came and they were pouring about two hours after they started! The longest time period was the time waiting for the concrete to be ready to work and finish. They were completely finished with the work, had picked up the sheets of plywood, left no messes, and were on their way well before noon. I have never seen a crew work together so well, each knowing what he needed to do and when. The finished product is very nice. The bottom step of my deck is the level of the patio and the patio butts right up to the step. The patio is absolutely level so I have no puddles! I worked with the dirt that was left, edged the resulting beds with paver stones, purchased plants and have a lovely patio in my back yard. I have nothing but good things to report. I absolutely recommend O'Leary Concrete Company LLC!"

"James did a fantastic job. Our driveway would typicaally have 2 inches of rain standing on it after a good downfall. A lot of detailed lifting of our drive to carefully raise portions without cracking it anymore than it was already required their precision work. A super job at a  reasonable price."

"The company was professional and explained the process well.  We have a stamped concrete patio, and certain slabs had sunken significantly (probably due to the chipmunks that lived under our patio last summer).  They pumped material in various places under three slabs to level the patio.  The first time, one slab didn't get all the way level and it was raining significantly.  They came back out a few weeks later to pump more material under that slab and fill the drill holes.  Now our patio is mostly level and rain is flowing away from the house.  Assuming the leveling lasts, this was definitely a more cost effective solution than replacing the patio. "

"Concrete driveway leveling and crack repair work was performed to our satisfaction, by a 2 man crew, who arrived promptly at 8 am and completed the repairs in less than 4 hours. <br /> The work was expertly done. Almost half of the driveway had settled with resultant cracks and joint movement, caused by water intrusion into the substrate below the slab.  The slab has now been raised back up to level by drilling small holes in the slab and filling below with light weight dense foam, pressure injected. Upon completion of the leveling process, all the crack joints were filled with sand cement topped off with a flowable epoxy, thus sealing the joints. <br /> Observing the work as it was done, I was impressed by the skill level shown and, especially, the judgement of how much injection can be done without causing further cracking to occur due to over filling, or uneven filling. <br /> It is important for potential customers to know that this is repair work.  The intent is to make the driveway completely functional and safe. The evidence of it being repaired will be obvious but should, when finished properly, be acceptable.  The only alternative, complete demolition, sub slab consolidation and new slab construction, would probably cost at least ten times as much and much longer to complete. <br /> The two men worked diligently, showed a high level of competence and were very courteous at all times.  We were very impressed and would, following this experience, strongly recommend Acculevel, Inc. <br /> Myles Murphy <br />"

"First of all i spoke with a lot of guys that are in this field of work. I feel like its a sales "Cat and mouse " game with them all for the exception of Across town foundation co. They are so laid back what a great feeling  ZERO pressure.  The price was amazing . The work started early and the guys stayed on it hard till the end of the day. The job took three days and my house is back to it proper placement. Now i dont have to take money off when we sell. Im sure they saved me $10,000 in the long run.  Thanks so much for your hard work! <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Ross, OH

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
