"The technician admitted he didn't know much about water softeners, so he gave me a handout about the softener they sell. I later called the owner to clarify what they had to offer. The owner was polite and had information about the one softener they sold and couldn't give a clear estimate if we bought a different one and had them install it. I should have been told up when I first called that they only sold one type of unit. They should have sent a technician who knew something. I regret spending money on the service call to find out they knew little about my needs. It left me with a bad taste for the company's initial communication and scheduling practices. I wish the owner had offered a refund when he realized we got bad advice and couldn't buy his unit."

Of those I contacted, Annie was the only one who would go with me to each supplier to be sure my selections worked together. She worked with me & understood the changes I wanted, large pantry & more counter space. She made suggestions to make my kitchen more efficient, i.e. mixer shelf that was hidden in a cabinet, spice drawer & utensil drawers. Her input was invaluable & everything came together nicely. The result is a beautiful kitchen & I'm extremely happy with the selections. The new shower makes the bath appear larger. Annie took the time to find a tile that would go with the existing ceramic flooring & also selecting new bath accessories. The end result is a beautiful new bath.
