"Cody Irrigation has done an outstanding job for us. We have used them for minor repairs for years, but this year, due to a lightning strike, our entire system had to be rewired. Brent Cody also suggested adding a zone, which we did. Brent and his crew did a great job. Although it took a while to get on their books (a positive sign that they are busy!) Cody Irrigation showed up when they said they would, completed the work in the time they said they would, and adhered to the quote they gave us. "I purchased the $95 maintenance package in hopes that it would be enough to repair some animal and weather damage to our gate.  The owner of the company is actually who came out to complete the service, though I am not sure if that is normal or not.  It took him a few hours including a trip to Home Depot for a few supplies, but he completed all of the work for no additional cost.  I must admit I was completely impressed with his customer service and skills and the job was done perfectly.  I would easily recommend this company to anyone I knew, and I highly encourage anyone to try that $95 maintenance deal if you have a few small issues.

The project consisted of enclosing an existing covered porch and (exterior to the covered porch) constructing 800 sq ft of wooden deck above ground on concrete piers. He also stained the deck to our specifications as well as constructing a screen door and building a pergola. All the work was exceptional in quality. We live in Rock Creek Resort."

"THEY CALLED TO ADVISE THEY WOULD COME OUT ON THURSDAY, JUNE 30 TO REMOVE AND HAUL AWAY THE OLD FENCE AND DIG THE HOLES FOR THE NEW FENCE. THEY ALSO REMOVED AN OLD CONCRETE BLOCK FOR ME! "Robert came very quickly to give a quote.  The crew arrived on time and worked hard for three days to complete the job and returned later for one day to complete detailing.  We've contacted several contractors in the past to work on our 100 year old house and they either never returned calls or worked very inconsistantly, not completing all contracted work or cutting material quality.  Associated is absolutely awesome......very professional, conscientious, hard working.  They were able to understand what I wanted done...which was an unusual job...and were the type of people you enjoy meeting and working with.  We actually missed them when they left.  We highly recommend

Since I was in a hurry to repair the sidewalk at my lease house, I requested that another person come out the same day. Mason Man sent another representative to meet with me on the same day, and they were able to schedule the work just a few days later.
