"I called Oscar to install a whole house surge protector I had purchased online. He was able to install the device the next day. I had all the parts. Oscar had to cut a hole in the drywall and drill a hole thru the stud and into the panel ( not an easy job). Part of the problem was a full breaker panel, Oscar had to move 2 breakers to a sub-panel to make room for the new 50 amp breaker the surge protector needed. "Storm and Bob are the nicest guys!   Our three small doggies were happy to see them arrive each morning.  They were careful around our pets, making sure they weren't in harm's way and didn't escape out the door. 
They took care of our house,  placing drop-cloths over our wooden floors.so they wouldn't mar the finish.  They removed the old shower and tub, carefully preserving the existing tile on the floor and adjacent walls.  They removed all decayed wood and replaced it with new lumber. They carefully brought in the new shower pieces and assembled the new shower.  They repeatedly asked us to review their work and asked if they were meeting our expectations.  They cleaned up their work area and left the house in excellent shape.
