"Company was responsive to my phone calls.   Gave me a detailed written estimate.  I had already been to their website and had learned quite a bit about fencing.  I had received a total of five quotes and this company was the only one to point out that a permit was needed in my city.  Other contractors, when asked about permits, had lied and said they weren't necessary.  That was a black mark against them.



The crew came out as scheduled on a Thursday morning and demolished the existing fence and dug post holes for the new fence.  They installed a temporary plastic fence and left.   A truck delivered materials around 11 am and the crew came back that afternoon and set the posts in cement.  They were back at 7:30 on Friday and began to assemble the fence.  It was made of Western Red Cedar with cedar rails.  It was finished with a cedar top cap and a pressure treated rotboard along the bottom.



After a week, I noticed that one of the boards had split vertically, and they came out and replaced the board. The fence looks good and passed it's permit inspection!

"These guys had previously repaired and painted a water-damaged interior wall for us. We didn't hesitate to have them back to paint the exterior. We got the quote on Saturday or Sunday and they started work on Monday. They worked at least 3 days cleaning, repairing, and prepping the surfaces before ever starting to paint. "Joels fence designs took into consideration style, durability, quality, cost, and functionality.  I had a tentative idea of what I wanted with this project but had specific concerns regarding my very large dogs which Joel addressed extremely well.    Joel listened to what I had to say and walked through it with me on site.  He thought of things I hadn't even considered and made appropriate suggestions to fill the gaps in my plan.  

I had him put in a 6 foot wooden privacy fence with a gate along the back of the property.  In addition, he designed and installed a wrought iron fence around the upper tier of my deck and yard including multiple gates.  Lastly, he built a fence on my side yard to form a dog run including stairs from my upper to lower tiers of my yard. 

Joel was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive.  He ensured all work performed was completed in a timely manner and also that his team cleaned up and left my property in great shape.  He has since followed up to make sure his work has continued to meet my expectations.

I think this should be right out there - His pricing was fair and there were NO HIDDEN ITEMS OR SURPRISES. And yes, I had shopped around - I'm an auditor after all.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.  Thanks Joel
