"Daniel showed up at the appointed date and time (8:30) to do all the grinding and clean up on the old floor.  The old epoxy had been applied when the house was built 17 years ago, so it was quite a job to clean up.  JD joined Daniel later in the morning to patch all the holes and cracks in the existing floor, and the two of them completed the epoxy application by early afternoon.  Since it was an unseasonably cool day, they recommended giving the epoxy 24 hours to dry completely.  Both JD and Daniel came back the afternoon of the second day to complete the application of a clear coat sealer, which really brought out the color and made the floor sparkle.  The floor was very sticky initially after the application of the sealer, but we could walk on the floor the following day (day three), and then we could pull our cars into the garage on day four.  The difference in the floor is night and day...we couldn't be happier with the work performed or the professionalism of both JD and Daniel.  We would highly recommend them!!"

"I can't say enough good things about Bobby Manzanares and his team at Pro-Pier Foundation Repair & Drainage. I had what turned out to be springs coming from the Greenbelt behind my home that were literally destroying my pool and threatening my foundation. My pool builder and landscaping company tried and failed to address the situation because they could not adequately diagnose it. Bobby immediately saw the problem and proposed and innovative and cost-effective solution in the form of a u-shaped French drain up to 13 feet deep around my property. Now as my neighbors and our developers struggle to deal with the challenges presented by this situation, my home and pool are safely protected. In addition the Pro-pier team was fast and complete. They did all of the drugging work by hand and moved a massive amount of dirt, completing the project in about a week counting rain delays with a crew exceeding ten hard-working men. Each day they cleaned up their mess and even though it was not part of the contract they restored the landscape areas around my pool to previous form without charge Bobby is a True pro who hates drainage issues and will take resolving them personally.
