"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.

I can't say enough good things about these people!  I had a leaky bathroom faucet.  Two weeks ago I had another plumbing company who was also highly rated on Angie's List and who I have used many times in the past (but never again) look at the problem.  The technician from that company said I needed to replace the faucet. They were going to charge me $250.00 for the replacement faucet plus  $229.00 for the labor to install it. Since the faucet had been discontinued I was going to have to replace the other faucet in the other sink as well so it would match.  This was going to cost me $958.00.  I wanted a second opinion so I called Mark Masters Service Company that I also found on Angie's List. Seth, the technician was a very nice young man.  He showed up right on time. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem as simply being a bad rubber washer that needed replacement.  I did not need to replace the faucet after all. I was only charged the minimum $79.00 service charge.  Mark Masters company saved me $879.00 !  By the way, the other company also charged me $79.00 for their service call which was totally worthless.

"I have used Alex on several occasions, but most recently I had two tub surrounds retiled and they look great! Alex tore out the old tile, replaced some sheet rock as needed, replaced the old plumbing for the faucet and shower, and retiled. He provided all materials except the faucets. Alex is prompt, finishes on time, and always leaves the work area spotless. His pricing is excellent and his workmanship is first class. I highly recommend him and would definitely call him again."

"When they came out, they said that wouldn't work on ours because we needed an all weather or something type of thing. We ended up spending like $175 or $200 I don't know, they ended up putting a different one in. The service was easy. They were very nice."

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. "The two service men arrived promptly and were professional in their approach to things. They told us what they were going to do and proceeded to setup their equipment. The first part of the process is determining where all the vents are and then removing all the covers. They did this part quickly and got to work right away. Opening the vents in older homes, of course some of them were painted and some immediately caused dust to drop. They proceeded to run through the cleaning, took their time, explained the optional services that could be provided. With this being a new house to us, we decided to add the additional services. I always expect an up-sell with promotion deals, so I figured this in and I was fine with their prices. The dryer vent was a mess, so I was glad that was taken care of. Once everything was done, they put all the vent covers back on and vacuumed up the house. Overall I was happy with the service when they left. 
I did mark this review as "No, I would not use them again" and that's because I've been finding loose screws all over my house for months since they were here. When they took all our vent covers down, instead of replacing the original screws, they must have used new ones and the old ones were left behind. Having stepped on one or two of them, I wasn't thrilled and it would be dangerous if we had kids.
I can't say the work was bad at all - I was happy with the clean pipes that I could see and they were very nice - but the leftover screws bothered me.
