Once you sign with a Public Adjustor, you lose control of the process. CTG acted as our Public Adjustor and got more money for the repairs that required it. But they do not charge for that service. Jason Turner told me that is what they do. That is their job. Public Adjusters slow down the prices and charge a percentage of everything you get from your insurance company. Getting supplies to do the work was a nightmare. Home Depot and the other supplies kept running out of supplies. CTG did what had to be done. They would drive with their vehicles where they needed to go to get building supplies. Be it Tampa, Miami, or wherever. The quality of their work was top-notch."
