He did an excellent job of walking me through the process after hours last night when I realized my water heater was not functioning correctly. "We used Intouch Painting Co to complete the back of our home after the holidays.  Brock Triche really has an eye for what looks good.  He recommended granite countertops with new sinks, a glazed paint finish, new light fixtures and new plumbing fixtures for our bathrooms in addition to painting.  What a difference that made.  We've received compliments on his work constantly since he finished.  He picked it all out, coordinated with the granite installer, had his people install the new fixtures.  The great thing about all of this was that he did a "champagne" job on a "beer" budget.  I can't say enough good things about Brock, and I tend to be hard to please.  I wish we could post pictures to show off his work.  A very talented young man at a very reasonable price."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
