I had purchased a countertop with an integrated sink from a home improvement store. When we opened the undamaged box, we discovered that the counter was broken! I was really unhappy and I thought the project was derailed, but Joe was incredibly kind and went to the store with me to make sure that I was able to get it sorted out. He was very cool with teaching me about simple repairs and how to maintain my plumbing. He taught me a lot of things, and was exceedingly patient. He also has a really calm temperament which made the entire experience fun. I had a great time learning from Joe, the work is beautifully done, and my project list is complete! On top of that, the price was very fair! I am definitely calling Joe again!"

"It was a rainy weekend…We had rapid leaking from the pipes in our basement ceiling (discovered over the weekend). We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. The price was quite reasonable but he gave us a discount on the full service price because he only needed to perform a part of that service…we now have a new friend and a new plumber. "EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."
