"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

"I needed insulation for my bathroom, and I have trouble with sheetrock. They removed the sheetrock in a timely manner and kept the mess contained to the bathroom (and did a good job cleaning up after themselves) and they installed a granite countertop for my bathroom. Everything was done correctly, they showed up on time, and were friendly. For the price I payed I would definitely recommend their services and will be a returning customer for future projects. 10/10"

"He was on-time, but was frustrated that there was no parking due to all the snow.  He was going to cancel, but we were able to find him a spot.  Initially he seemed a little annoyed with the circumstances, but ended up being really nice and helpful.  He had never installed a microwave before, so he was going through the directions along with me, but we got it up.  He patched up a hole we had, then a few shelves.  We ended up getting along really well, and he was kind enough to split his time within two visits, since we didn't have one of the items that we initially thought we would have. 
Overall it was a really good experience.  It was a rocky start, but after we got over the parking situation, he was professional, and really helpful with everything we needed from his end.
