When asking to talk with Ron about the install he was very unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending. He would not talk with us and just accused us of trying to get out of paying for the job. We just wanted to discuss the work and why it was different than expected and Ron was argumentative and disrespectful. We have never been treated so badly in our own home. We paid him and asked him to leave. A customer should be able to ask questions and discuss the work which was done and not be treated with such disrespect and accused of trying to get out of paying."
